As part of our commitment to our local community, a portion of all fees earned are donated to local charities that truly give back to the community. If you know or are involved with a charity organization, please let us know. Some of our donations go to support the following fine organizations:
- My Sister's Place is a shelter for battered women and their children. They provide an interactive community commited to eradicating domestic violence.
- Since 1976, the House of Ruth has been helping women, children, and families in acute need throughout the District of Columbia. They provide a comprehensive array of housing, services, and support in nurturing environments.
- Since 1983, the all-volunteer-run Miriam's Kitchen in the District of Columbia has been serving people who are homeless.
- For over 29 years, the Senior Citizens Counseling and Delivery Service program has served the needs of Washington's elderly population by providing 32 different services daily and serving approximately 400 meals per day.
- The Academy of Hope provides educational empowerment to low- or no-income, at-risk D.C. adults. They help them to earn high-school credentials, improve their math and reading skills, and learn how to use and apply computer technologies.
